Instructions for Completing Orders with ZellePay [US only]
Thank you for choosing to complete your order using ZellePay. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth transaction:
1. Sign up for ZellePay: If you haven’t already, sign up for ZellePay through your bank or the Zelle app. Make sure to use the email address or mobile phone number associated with your bank account.
2. Verify Recipient Information: Ensure that the recipient’s email address associated with our Zelle account is:

It is important to enter the correct email address to ensure the payment is successfully received.
3. Initiate the Payment: In your ZellePay account or banking app, navigate to the payment section. Choose the option to send money and select the recipient by entering the email address:

4. Confirm the Amount: Enter the total amount for your order accurately. Double-check to avoid any discrepancies.
5. Do NOT include Order Details: In the comments or memo section, please do NOT add any relevant information to your order [name of the products, quantities, etc.].
6. Review and Send: Take a moment to review the payment details, including the recipient’s email address, the amount, and the order information. Once everything is accurate, proceed to send the payment.
Order Confirmation:
Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a confirmation email within 24H – 48H to confirm the successful processing of your order.
